  • Overview

    • Our research focuses on evaluating a new group intervention for adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) and improving the availability of NSSI group interventions. We aim to address the growing issue of NSSI among adolescents and provide effective support. Through our study, we will assess the feasibility and acceptability of a novel group therapy designed for NSSI. Additionally, we will conduct a randomized trial of a three-week emotion regulation group therapy targeting NSSI and emotional problems. Our future plans include making the intervention more widely accessible through a video format. We aim to reduce the burden on families and society, prevent crisis events, promote social harmony, and improve access to mental health resources for adolescents.
