Our project focuses on addressing the high prevalence and health burden of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) among adolescents and young adults. We are developing a mobile application (APP) that utilizes real-time monitoring and intervention techniques. By incorporating principles of Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI), our goal is to provide timely support and effective interventions for NSSI behaviors. Through digital intervention and mobile health approaches, we aim to overcome barriers such as stigma and limited access to professional help. Our objective is to reduce the health burden associated with NSSI among adolescents and young adults, promoting their overall well-being.
